Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client service and supporting in-store sales operations. This role focuses on creating memorable client experiences through hospitality, assisting sales associates, and maintaining a polished store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, acting as a positive brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Enhance the client experience through hospitality services, including managing hospitality areas and waiting lists.
• Support sales associates with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions.
• Assist engraving stations, inventory tasks, and store operational policies and after-sales servicing.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
