Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Member responsible for representing the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting sales operations, and assisting with store hospitality and merchandising tasks. The role focuses on client service, supporting sales staff with packaging and POS functions, and helping maintain store operations and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand-aligned experiences
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after sales
• Maintain hospitality area stocked orderly and clean
• Lead floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station where applicable
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor neat
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
