Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team member representing the luxury brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client service, hospitality, and operational assistance on the sales floor. The role focuses on enhancing the client experience through greeting, assisting, and supporting sales and operations activities during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand-aligned experiences
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and point of sale tasks
• Maintain hospitality areas and ensure they are stocked orderly and clean
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station when applicable
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Help with inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
