Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members provide exceptional client service and operational support on the sales floor during the holiday season. They act as brand ambassadors, assist clients, and support the sales and operations teams with tasks such as packaging, POS functions, and engraving where applicable. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to ensure a memorable, hospitality driven experience
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
• Perform POS transactions and related sales floor functions after purchase decisions are finalized
• Assist at engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable
• Maintain hospitality areas, keeping them stocked, orderly, and clean
• Communicate potential service issues to management and assist with after sales servicing
• Help operations team with inventory, operational policies, and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work non traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client facing experience such as hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced, changing environment
• Ability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
