Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the Tiffany brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering warm, attentive service and memorable client experiences. This seasonal role supports sales associates and operations through hospitality, POS assistance, and client-facing tasks. Team members help maintain an elevated store experience while assisting with gifting, wrapping, and other store operations.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist clients, ensuring a memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance client experience through hospitality and store amenities, and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Assist with engraving stations, boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchase.
• Keep hospitality areas and sales floor stations stocked, orderly, and clean; communicate service issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality experience a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service orientation, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
