Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand and help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They welcome and assist clients, support the sales team, and help keep store operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Support hospitality services, manage waiting lists, and communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist with engraving, gift boxing and wrapping, and replenishing point-of-sale and gifting supplies.
• Keep sales floor and point-of-sale areas orderly, and support store operations, inventory, after-sales service, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
