Summary
Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client service, supporting sales and operational needs, and helping create memorable experiences on the sales floor. This temporary role involves hospitality tasks, assisting sales and operations, and maintaining presentation standards during high-volume periods.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, providing attentive and personalized service consistent with the brand.
- Support sales team by assisting with wrapping, boxing, and completing POS transactions.
- Manage floor waiting list and communicate any service issues to management.
- Assist with engraving station and after sales servicing when applicable.
- Maintain hospitality area, ensuring it is stocked, orderly and clean.
- Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep POS stations and sales floor organized.
- Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow operational policies and procedures to support store efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality or client service experience.
- Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the United States or country where the position is based.
