Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering warm, attentive service to create memorable client experiences. This role supports the sales and operations teams by handling hospitality, POS tasks, gift wrapping, and other client-facing duties during peak periods. Team members help maintain an orderly sales environment and assist with store operations and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to deliver a luxury guest experience consistent with brand standards.
• Support hospitality areas, keeping them stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Assist with engraving station, floor waiting lists, and client queuing where applicable.
• Perform POS functions, box and wrap purchases, replenish POS and gifting supplies, and maintain sales floor organization.
• Assist operations team with inventory tasks and special store projects as directed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with store management and teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
