Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and enhancing the in-store experience. They support sales and operations by assisting clients, performing POS functions, and helping with gifting, engraving, and inventory tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, providing a memorable luxury service experience.
• Support sales transactions and POS functions, including boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist at engraving stations and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, keep sales floor and POS stations orderly, and communicate service issues to management.
• Support operations with inventory, special projects, and after-sales servicing as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
