Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the Tiffany brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering warm, attentive service and memorable client experiences. The role supports sales and operations by assisting clients, maintaining hospitality areas, and helping with point-of-sale and after-sales tasks during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to ensure a memorable, brand-consistent experience.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas stocked, orderly, and clean; communicate service issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
