Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members provide exceptional client service on the sales floor during the holiday season, enhancing the customer experience through hospitality and attentive sales support. The role supports point-of-sale operations, gift presentation, and store hospitality to help ensure efficient store operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, delivering a memorable and service-oriented experience.
• Support POS activities including processing transactions, boxing and wrapping purchases, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with engraving station duties and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas—ensure they are stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Communicate service issues to management and support after-sales servicing and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory tasks and special store projects as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing (e.g., hospitality) experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
