Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members embody the brand during the holiday season, delivering warm hospitality and memorable client experiences while supporting sales and store operations. This role assists with client service tasks such as engraving support, waitlist management, gift packaging, and maintaining point of sale and hospitality areas to enhance the in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand experiences.
• Support engraving station duties where applicable.
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
• Maintain hospitality area stocking and cleanliness.
• Assist sales team with boxing wrapping and gift presentation.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep POS stations organized.
• Perform POS functions after client purchase decisions as needed.
• Support operations with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client facing experience such as hospitality.
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Client service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast paced changing environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
