Seasonal Team Members embody the brand during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and creating memorable experiences. This role supports sales and store operations through hospitality, gift packaging, engraving assistance, and maintaining orderly point of sale areas.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and provide attentive hospitality to enhance the client experience
- Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
- Box, wrap, and prepare purchases and replenish gifting supplies
- Perform point of sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized
- Stock and maintain hospitality areas to ensure cleanliness and order
- Communicate potential service issues with management
- Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Previous retail luxury retail or client service experience such as hospitality
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays including non traditional business hours
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Capability to work with a diverse client base
- Authorization to work in the United States
