Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client service, hospitality, and support to enhance the in-store experience. This role assists sales and operations teams with customer interactions, gifting services, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to ensure a memorable brand experience.
• Provide hospitality services and maintain hospitality areas stocked and orderly.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and POS replenishment.
• Perform POS functions upon client purchase completion.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists as applicable.
• Communicate service issues to management and support after sales servicing.
• Help operations team with policies procedures and store organization.
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury or client facing experience such as hospitality.
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
