Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members act as brand ambassadors during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service, supporting sales floor operations, and enhancing the in-store hospitality experience for a luxury jeweler.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand-aligned experiences
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS transactions
• Maintain hospitality areas and replenish gifting and POS supplies
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station where applicable
• Support inventory tasks and special operational projects
• Follow store operational policies and after sales servicing procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury retail or client-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
