Summary

Seasonal Sales Support based in the Tysons (Vienna, VA) store providing back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional client experiences. The role supports order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, merchandise handling and assists Sales Professionals to help achieve store sales goals. This seasonal retail position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment tasks.
• Monitor, reconcile and report inventory discrepancies using company systems.
• Clean and prepare jewelry, process transfers and handle repair intake.
• Support Sales Professionals with client communications, phone and email correspondence.
• Capture client data during interactions to help cultivate relationships and sales opportunities.
• Follow operational policies and contribute feedback for process improvements.
• Work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail oriented and flexible to perform varied tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree or graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
