Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support team member represents Tiffany & Co. during the holiday season and helps deliver a memorable client experience. This role supports sales and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, provide hospitality, and help create personalized experiences.
• Support engraving, manage waiting lists, and maintain clean, orderly hospitality areas.
• Assist with boxing and wrapping, replenish supplies, and keep sales and point-of-sale areas organized.
• Support store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
• Communicate potential client service issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
