Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support serves as the Operations Professional in the store, providing back-of-house operational and client service support to drive store sales and profitability. The role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory management, repairs and merchandising tasks while partnering with sales professionals and management. The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to enable store sales and service goals.
  • Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and transfers.
  • Clean merchandise and jewelry, take in repairs, and manage repair workflows.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management.
  • Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence and support Sales Professionals with client requests.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Organized, detail oriented and flexible to perform varied tasks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: College/university degree and GIA coursework or graduate gemologist credentials.
