Seasonal Sales Support - West Edmonton Mall

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the Tiffany brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering warm, personalized service to clients and supporting store operations. This role focuses on creating memorable client experiences through hospitality, assisting sales staff with transactions and gifting, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays and a background in retail or client service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, acting as a positive brand ambassador to ensure memorable experiences.
• Support client hospitality and store amenities to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, replenish supplies, and keep POS stations and sales floor organized and tidy.
• Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, and completing POS functions after purchases.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and support operational policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-related experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and client service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
