Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident style and fit advice to customers
• Use technology and networking to grow customer following and sales
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready presentation
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
