Seasonal Selling Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling while representing a premium lifestyle brand. Role focuses on clienteling, driving sales, supporting team goals, and maintaining visual and service standards during a seasonal period. Position requires flexibility to work varied shifts including days evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive sales by supporting team achievement of monthly quarterly and annual targets.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and visual techniques.
- Participate in store company and community initiatives and training programs.
- Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and talent sourcing.
- Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company policies.
- Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high volume specialty or retail environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers management and co workers.
- Ability to operate register stand move and walk for multiple hours and work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor stock dressing room and office.
- Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
- Willingness to work days evenings and weekends as business needs require.
