Seasonal Selling Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized styling, clienteling, and sales support. This role focuses on building client relationships, supporting store initiatives, and driving individual and team sales performance during peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations based on product knowledge.
- Drive sales by meeting individual performance metrics and supporting team sales goals.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling.
- Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer centric behaviors.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
- Support recruiting efforts by networking and sourcing talent.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience on the sales floor.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in a specialty retail or high-volume environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, move, and operate register for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to use digital selling tools and CRM; experience preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
