Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, connects them with the appropriate associates, and provides flexible support throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Respond to customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
• Introduce clients to available services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with the ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
