Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, helps connect them with appropriate associates, and provides flexible support across store departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with associates based on their service needs.
• Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on client requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services.
• Escalate customer issues to management and help deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
