Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience during the holiday season by welcoming customers and connecting them with the appropriate sales associate. This role supports customer service and store operations across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with the appropriate associate.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Escalate customer issues to management and introduce relevant store services.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with the ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
