Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

Provide seasonal support to the selling team and enhance the client experience across the store. Welcome clients, identify their needs, and connect them with the appropriate associate or service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with appropriate associates.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other store needs.
• Follow up on client requests and refer escalated concerns to management.
• Introduce clients to services including alterations, personalization, and delivery.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
