Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team and helps create an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, assists with transactions and store services, and adapts to business needs across store areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with the appropriate associate.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Follow up on client requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Introduce clients to available services and support store needs across different areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
