Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by welcoming customers, connecting them with appropriate associates, and supporting sales and store services during the seasonal period. The role works across store areas based on business needs and reports to a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and follow up on customer requests and questions.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other store services.
• Connect escalated customer issues with management and help deliver a positive client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with the ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
