Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience during the holiday season by welcoming customers, connecting them with appropriate associates, and supporting service needs throughout the store. This role reports to a Sales Manager and works across store departments based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, connecting them with associates suited to their needs.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other store services.
• Address customer concerns by connecting clients with management, and follow up on customer requests and questions.
• Introduce clients to services including alterations, personalization, package carry-out, and delivery.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
