Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team in delivering exceptional client experiences during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, assists across store departments, and helps connect customers with appropriate services and associates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs.
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Handle customer concerns by connecting clients with management and follow up on requests and questions.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
