Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team during the holiday season and helps create an exceptional client experience. This role welcomes clients, assists across store areas, and supports sales and service needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with associates suited to their needs.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, customer follow-up, and escalated service issues.
• Assist with pickup, curbside, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services.
• Work in different store areas according to business needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
