Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the holiday season, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role welcomes clients, assists with transactions and store services, and works across departments according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and help resolve escalated customer issues by involving management.
• Follow up on customer requests and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Introduce clients to store services, including alterations, personalization, and package delivery.
• Work in different store areas and support the team based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
