Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the holiday season and helps deliver exceptional client experiences. This role welcomes clients, responds to service needs, and assists with sales and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on client requests.
• Connect clients with management to resolve escalated issues.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technology.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
