Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences during the holiday season. The role welcomes clients, helps connect them with appropriate associates and services, and assists with transactions and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their needs.
• Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on client requests.
• Connect clients with management to resolve escalated issues.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
