Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate helps deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, supports sales and store services, and works across departments based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and respond to client requests and questions.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other store services.
• Escalate client concerns to management and help enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with the ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
