Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by welcoming customers, supporting sales teams, and providing exceptional service during the seasonal period. The role reports to a Sales Manager and works across store areas according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with Operations and managers.
• Introduce services such as alterations, personalization, package carry-out, and delivery to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
