Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the holiday season and helps create an exceptional client experience. The role welcomes clients, assists with transactions and service needs, and works across store areas as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
• Work in different areas of the store and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Address escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through additional services.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
