Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, provides selling support across store areas, and assists with transactions and service needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Serve in different store areas and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Follow up on client requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations, personalization, and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
