Summary

The B-Helpful Professional creates a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience by supporting customers and associates throughout the store. This role manages an in-store service hub, assisting with pickup orders, simple returns, tourism information, and service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with genuine, friendly service.
• Support Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, process simple returns, provide tourism information, and book appointments for in-store services.
• Use technology effectively and participate in merchandising and store operations.

Requirements

• No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
