Summary

Provide friendly, efficient customer service as a go-to resource throughout the store. Manage an in-store service hub, assisting with pickup orders, returns, tourism information, and service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create an easy, seamless shopping experience.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and appointment booking.
• Use technology and participate in merchandising and store operations.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
