The B-Helpful Professional serves as a helpful resource for customers and associates throughout the store. This role manages an in-store service hub, assisting with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, easy returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a friendly, seamless shopping experience.
• Assist customers with pickup orders, returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
• Use technology and participate in merchandising and store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
