Summary

Provide high-quality sewing and pressing services in the store Alterations & Tailor Shop, completing customer alteration requests on time and meeting productivity goals. Use store technology to manage orders and collaborate with the alterations and store teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to store guidelines and service standards
• Execute workload and complete items on time to meet customer needs
• Meet department and individual productivity goals while following proper processes
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver expected service levels

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience; preferred minimum of 2 years
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
