Seasonal Stock Associate - Prince Street

Summary

Provide operational support to the store while helping deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal position lasts a maximum of three months and supports shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate supply replenishment.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation, and efficient store processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and handle shipping, transfer, inventory, and vendor documents.
• Execute accurate cash office processes and support point-of-sale audit compliance.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services with external vendors.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly and correctly.

Requirements

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and prioritize.
• Collaborative approach, professional conduct, and a passion for the product.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and pack, unpack, and move stock.
