Seasonal Stock Associate

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a customer first mindset and deliver a personalized inspiring shopping experience while supporting store operations and standards. This seasonal role focuses on driving sales, supporting company initiatives, and building clientele in a high-volume specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer focus
• Support and execute company and store initiatives and training
• Utilize multiple shopping channels and new technologies to assist customers
• Represent and deliver a consistent brand aligned customer experience
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Capability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor
• Ability to operate register and support alternative purchasing processes
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts
