Job Description

Summary

The Seasonal Stock Controller partners with store operations, sales and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, maintains back and front of house stock, and supports store staff to meet operational standards. This is a part-time seasonal position based in Aspen.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Moncler service standards are executed consistently
  • Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Maintain stock levels front of house and back of house and achieve inventory accuracy including UPT updates
  • Provide customer service related to repairs and returns and support store staff to comply with operational procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience; luxury retail preferred
  • Proven inventory management, maintenance and reporting skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to move merchandise and boxes up to 40 pounds and work varied hours including overtime
  • Authorization to work in the country and must be 18 years or older
