Summary
Seasonal Operations Support Associate responsible for back of house stockroom and inventory functions to support retail store operations. Role focuses on receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining stockroom organization, executing inventory scans, and assisting the sales floor as needed during peak season. Position may be offered full-time or part-time based on business needs and is primarily non selling but may support customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound freight and complete markups markdowns and tagging per guidelines
- Inspect deliveries for damage verify packaging and ensure proper tag placement
- Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities
- Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers
- Perform reticketing create tags and associate RFID tags
- Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels
- Support sales floor with stock checks merchandise delivery and customer assistance
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training and company initiatives
Requirements
- Back of house or similar high volume retail experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing and working with chemicals as required
- Capable of balancing operational tasks while prioritizing customer experience
