As a Seasonal Store Specialist, you will support the store team to deliver an elevated shopping experience through client engagement, product expertise, and operational assistance. You will manage transactions, coordinate client communications, and assist with merchandising and inventory tasks. The role supports CRM initiatives and helps drive sales through personalized outreach and superior hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality and product advice to clients.
• Support the team with product knowledge, transaction management, and day-to-day operations.
• Build and maintain client relationships via email, hand-written notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
• Record and update client information to support CRM initiatives and tailored outreach.
• Promote new products through personalized client engagement and outreach.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, merchandise replenishment, and inventory accessibility.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors and store management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
