Job Description

Summary

This seasonal role (up to three months) provides operational support across store functions including shipping/receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative tasks. The position helps ensure merchandise is processed to company standards, supports inventory preparation and shrink reduction efforts, and partners with store leaders to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office, facilities and associate grooming supplies and manage replenishment requests.
  • Process and coordinate invoices with Accounts Payable and manage related documentation.
  • Support shrink reduction programs and report violations per company procedures.
  • Coordinate external vendor services for accessories repair, engraving and embossing.
  • Prepare and execute inventory tasks and process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to standards.
  • Execute Cash Office procedures and ensure compliance with POS audit requirements.
  • Read and process transfer documents, shipping documents, vendor packing slips, invoices and other operational paperwork.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
  • Ability to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 lbs, and pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving/stocking functions.
