Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and expert assistance to facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience.
• Build and maintain client relationships via emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
• Record and update client information in CRM and support targeted outreach to promote new products.
• Support visual merchandising, merchandise replenishment, and general store operations to ensure a well-maintained sales floor.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors and the sales team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
