Summary

Seasonal Store Support Specialist to assist the store team in delivering an elevated client experience through sales support, clienteling, and operational assistance. The role coordinates with client advisors to manage client inquiries, maintain product knowledge, and support store merchandising and inventory processes. This position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to support daily store operations during a high-demand seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients.
• Support clienteling activities via email, phone, hand-written notes, and the clienteling app to drive sales.
• Record and update CRM data to support future sales opportunities.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach and engagement.
• Assist with maintenance of store displays and merchandise replenishment.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors and the sales team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
